Remember when I told you, in my post on Tuesday, how much I love glowy sunscreens? Well, I wasn’t lying and that’s exactly why, when the @elfcosmetics Suntouchable! Whoa Glow Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sun Protection + Makeup Primer ($14 for 1.6 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+BLYD_JAV0nWMwED5ub5VfQ) first went viral, I snagged it right away!

What it claims:

My verdict?
In photo two (2), I compared the swatch of this product to the swatch of my two (2) favorite Supergoop! glowy sunscreens – Sunrise (middle swatch) and Golden Hour (top swatch) (https://rstyle.me/+kEZlLKX94LFYbSvzcjeaBw). If you can tell, the @elfcosmetics version is thicker and lighter in tone than the others (there is a shade that’s lighter in Supergoop! formula). I also feel as though the @elfcosmetics gives less glow – which may be something you prefer, since the Supergoop! gives a lot of radiance. Both wear well on their own and under makeup. Both also provide equally adequate sun protection. The big difference is the price, with Supergoop! being nearly three (3) times more expensive per ounce. I love using Golden Hour for when I have a self tan, so until @elfcosmetics comes out with darker shades, I’ll continue to repurchase that one. However, it’s a pretty great replacement for the lighter shade, so I’ll repurchase that instead of the one from Supergoop!
