I can be super happy with my hair and outfit, but if my eyebrows don’t look good, whether it’s a makeup-free or full-glam kind of day, I feel like an absolute troll. That’s why, when I see a brow product I’ve never tried that’s really highly rated, I jump at the chance to give it a go! Today, I’m here to tell you about my experience with the @makeupforever Aqua Resist Brow Definer (normally $24, but currently on sale for $18 for .003 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+s7CetLZZdghPooxOPjOTZg)!
What it claims:
🔘 Micro-tip brow pencil with a built-in spoolie that delivers precise, ultra-pigmented color
🔘 Transfer-proof, waterproof, sweat-proof, smudge-proof, and humidity-proof
🔘 Stays in place all day, defining brows for up to 24 hours
🔘 Ideal for thin brows that need shaping
My verdict?
I ordered the shade 30 – Soft Brown and I think it works really well with my complexion and hair color. When it comes to brow products, my preferred shape is a micro pencil, so this was right up my alley! As for the performance of this particular one, I was very impressed with the smooth application – which wasn’t too creamy or too dry. It also blended in very nicely and that was partly because of the better-than-most spoolie that’s attached. It lasted all day on me (the first photo was taken over nine (9) hours into wear) and it was a very humid day, but I have yet to test whether it’s waterproof. The major downside is the price for the amount of product you get – it’s one of the most expensive (when not on sale) for one of the smallest amounts I can find. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend you purchase this at full price. It’s good and I’m not mad that I bought it, but it’s not worth $24.
FYI, I receive a small commission when you shop via the link listed above. There is no additional cost to you, but it supports me and my blog and I greatly appreciate it!
