#OleHenriksengiftedme their @olehenriksen Banana Bright Sun-Kissed Self-Tanner + Makeup Primer ($40 for 1 ounce – https://rstyle.me/+YbR_Y-RrhT-6I2IZ0yBOSQ)! Only having read the claims this product made, it seemed completely unnecessary to my routine, but something really fun to test out. Spoiler alert, it’s both!
What it claims:
🔘 This self-tanner and primer hybrid gradually creates an even tanning effect with no streaks or patchy spots while also illuminating your complexion all day
🔘 It also preps your skin for smooth makeup application, hydrates and blurs the look of pores, fine lines, and wrinkles, and extends makeup wear
🔘 Inspired by a makeup artist must-have ingredient—banana powder—this formula uses banana powder-inspired ingredients to quickly illuminate your complexion
🔘 It also has antioxidant-rich vitamin E to help condition skin and stabilize the vitamin C in the formula
🔘 This product is vegan, gluten-free, cruelty-free, and comes in recyclable packaging
🔘 Clean at @sephora
I have used this on three (3) occasions and the only reason I didn’t continue to use it was because I hadn’t tanned my body in a couple of weeks, so the beautiful, gradual tan this product gave me was starting to make it difficult to not layer makeup on top of it so that my face and body would match. Speaking of using it as a makeup primer, my goodness, I loved how this made my base look! More even, glowy, and long-lasting – who could ask for anything more?! I plan to self-tan later this week and, once I do, I will be using this product every day to keep my face matching my body and my makeup looking flawless!
FYI, I receive a small commission when you shop via the link listed above. There is no additional cost to you, but it supports me and my blog and I greatly appreciate it!
