When browsing @iherb to see what new things I wanted to try with account credit I was gifted by the website, I came across the @elfcosmetics No Budge Shadow Stick ($5 for .05 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+A77HG_at3eXXwdbfeGspyg) and the claims and price made it too tempting not to pick up!

My verdict?
I picked up the shade Copper Chic and it’s absolutely stunning! In the first photo, I am wearing it both on my upper and lower lash lines. Most everything I apply anywhere near my lower lash line disappears, smudges, flakes, etc., so when something is called “No Budge,” I expect to experience none of those issues. Unfortunately, I did. Where I was impressed with it was on my upper lash line! It was super easy to apply and the beautiful metallic color lasted all day long! I look forward to testing it as an all-over lid color and as a base for other eyeshadows. If you don’t have issues with products fading fast on your lower lash line, or you have no interest in applying a product like this there, I would say you would probably love this and any other shade they offer!
