I haven’t met many brow pencils I can’t make work, so when I saw the @urbandecaycosmetics Brow Beater Waterproof Brow Pencil ($22 for .002 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+neajCtiRlWLI96uDlhpFXA) was on sale a couple of months ago, I snatched it up so I could bring all of you a review!
What it claims:

My verdict?
I purchased the shade Neutral Nana (described as a “neutral brown”) and I think the shade is perfect for my hair color right now. Of course, being @urbandecaycosmetics, when it’s full price, it’s on the high end when it comes to brow pencils, but I was super impressed with the application, blendability and longevity! If I see this on sale again, I will absolutely be repurchasing a few!
