#dermalogicagiftedme their @dermalogica PreCleanse ($47 for 5.1 ounces at @ultabeauty – https://rstyle.me/+v6IE10X_O4qOh2SN8vnZPQ) and, with the incredible reviews this has gotten on @ultabeauty’s website, I couldn’t wait to test it out!
What it claims:
🔘 Achieve healthy, ultra-clean skin with a double cleansing regimen that begins with Dermalogica’s PreCleanse makeup remover
🔘 This vegan cleansing oil, crafted with Vitamin E and Vitamin C, helps to gently remove make-up, oils, sunscreen and impurities from skin
🔘 Great for all skin types and can be used around the eye area to wash away even the toughest waterproof mascara without leaving a residue
🔘 Safe for use around the eye area
I have used this several times now and with various combinations of light to heavy makeup looks. The texture is light and the scent is pleasant to me, but if you have issues with fragranced skincare, you may not enjoy the experience until you wash it off. I like that I was able to get away with only one (1) pump, as that covered my entire face and neck with product. Unfortunately, this only removed 90% of what I was wearing when I tested it against waterproof mascara and a long-lasting liquid lipstick. It also left a slight oily film on my skin each time. Considering the price, I can’t recommend this. If you want a really good cleansing oil for a lot less, I do recommend this one: https://katierobisonblogs.com/index.php/2020/01/22/worth-the-hype-wednesday-dhcskincare-deep-cleansing-oil/.
