Did I already own too many mascaras before purchasing the @rarebeauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara ($20 for .45 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+Mglbj6b0K_V5IkS98dYoSg)? Yes. Was I convinced to purchase it anyway because so many people were raving about it? Also yes!

My verdict?
Even though, as I already mentioned, I have SO many mascaras, this is the only one I have had any interest in wearing recently! As you can tell (photo three (3) is with no coats, photo four (4) is with two (2) coats on my right eye and photo five (5) is with two (2) coats on both of my eyes), the difference is pretty incredible! Even better? What you see in all of the photos is the look I still had at the end of the day (sometimes over fifteen (15) hours later). The only concern I have had is that, two (2) out of the many, many times I’ve already worn this, I had smudges under my eyes. That could have been because I didn’t set my under eye concealer entirely, but it is something I wanted to make sure I pointed out. It will be interesting to see how it performs in warm weather, but I won’t be able to test that for many months! Overall, I am VERY happy with this mascara and I am tempted to buy a few more to make sure I’m never without it!
