Worth the Hype Wednesday – Huda Beauty Tantour Contour & Bronzer Cream

August 11, 2021

As a gal who loves to be tan, but refuses to damage her skin like she used to by using a tanning bed or spending hours outside baking in the sun, bronzer has become one of my beauty best friends! Even though I swore by powder bronzers for the longest time, once I tried one cream bronzer, I wanted to try them all! @hudabeauty is known to create a lot of high quality products, so when the @sephora sale happened earlier this year, I knew their Tantour Contour & Bronzer Cream ($30 for .42 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+z-egfOlx228cHMk2H-Eetw) was something I needed to add to my cart!

What it claims:
🔘 An ultra-pigmented, blendable, and buildable cream-to-powder contour and bronzer formula
🔘 Housed in an easy-to-use jar, this deeply-pigmented, luxurious cream-to-powder bronzer is the versatile product you’ve been looking for
🔘 Whether you’re a beginner or a contouring pro, Huda’s Tantour allows you to create a healthy-looking, bronzed complexion or natural-to-dramatic contour as you layer

My verdict?
I purchased the shade Fair (made for skin tones that are fair to light with cool undertones) and my absolute favorite way to apply it is with the @beautyjunkees Pro Duo Fiber Large Stippling Brush. It is just as pigmented as they claimed it would be, but the blend is effortless, so it’s still difficult to go completely overboard with your application. Since you don’t need much to achieve a super bronzed look, this product can last you a very long time. Finally, the fact that the shade works really well for me and it lasts all day long is the reason I love this product and highly recommend it to you, too!
