I tear up thinking about how lucky I am. I am an aunt to two (2) absolutely fantastic young women. They are both smart, funny, creative, beautiful and healthy. That last part is what my post is about today. To be able to say that both of my nieces are healthy is a privilege that the families that need @stjude and @stjudeminnesota don’t have and that is why I consistently donate to this organization.
❤️ I’m a proud member of @carrie_the_moment’s fundraising team and you can donate to that here: https://fundraising.stjude.org/site/TR/TAEvents/Events?px=6652709&pg=personal&fr_id=129784 (clickable link in bio)
👚 If you want your very own MN for St. Jude t-shirt, all you have to do is either pledge $20 or more per month, commit to a one-time donation of $240 or more, or fundraise $250 or more!
More about @stjude:
🔘 Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing or food — because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
🔘 Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since it opened more than 50 years ago. We won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
🔘 St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. Our purpose is clear: Finding cures. Saving children.
🔘 St. Jude won’t stop until no child dies from cancer.
🔘 St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to save thousands more children.
