First Impression Friday – @milanicosmetics Cheek Kiss Cream Blush

For the longest time, blush wasn’t even a part of my makeup routine. Then, I started with natural powder blushes. As my love for those grew, I branched out into more bold powder shades. Finally, I discovered my current obsession – cream blushes. Just like my journey with powder blushes, I treaded lightly at first, but quickly expanded my range to basically any shade available from brands that were making cream options! My verdict?

I purchased the shade Merlot Moment (described as “wine”) and on one can deny that it’s absolutely stunning! It blended out beautifully and worked well over my cream products and even over a light layer of powder! I prefer to use a brush with my cream blushes, but a sponge worked well, too. The first photo was taken after ten (10) hours of wear and you can still see a ton of pigment. My one and only issue with this is that it started to get a little patchy near the end of my day. However, if you don’t wear your makeup for extended periods of time or don’t mind reapplying, for the price, this is an excellent product!
