When you’re someone that loves glitter, has an @ultabeauty coupon and finds a sparkle-packed palette that has almost nothing but five (5) star reviews, you can’t help but pick it up! As you can tell by the photo, I am speaking of the @nablacosmetics Ruby Lights Glitter Palette ($25 for four (4) pans)! It was even more beautiful in person than on the website, so I couldn’t wait to get it on my eyes to see if it would live up to the hype!
What it claims:
๐ A quad full of endless magnetic and chameleonic reflects
๐ Hybrid formula with a mix of multidimensional, small and chunky glitters
๐ Extreme adherence with no fall out
๐ No primer or glitter glue required
๐ Easy application with fingers
๐ Vegan & cruelty-free
My experience?
The formula on these truly is something special! On @ultabeautyโs website, there are two (2) options – Ruby Lights (the one I purchased) and Miami Lights (https://rstyle.me/+ctffYNov20bzOD5k2quGQg). I chose Ruby Lights because it included the shade Capricorn and I’m a Capricorn. It made the decision easy! However, each shade in the quad is equally stunning. What’s even more impressive, however, is the lasting power. I put extra powder under my eyes in case of fallout when applying with my finger. I experienced a little bit, but it swept right away. Then, from that moment on, nothing budged. Not even a tiny flake found its way onto my cheek. Plus, I only experienced the tiniest amount of creasing on my left eye (always the problem child). To remove, I used the tape method and it worked like a charm. If you couldn’t tell, I highly recommend this palette!
