#evanycgiftedme their @evahairnyc Tone It Down Blonde Shampoo ($12.99 for 8.8 ounces at @target – https://rstyle.me/+IyKtP3dEoMbq6t9TPcvxJw) and Tone It Down Blonde Conditioner ($12.99 for 8.8 ounces at @target – https://rstyle.me/+FYFQM3v0Wrp4RBtxUQSFoQ) and I couldn’t have been more pleased because my plastic usage when it comes to beauty products is far too high and these assist with my goal to reduce that quantity, as they are made of 100% recyclable aluminum!
What they claim:
🔘 Delivers radiant, cool-toned blonde hair that’s bright, shiny, and soft
🔘 The ultra-violet hue neutralizes yellow brassy tones, for salon-fresh blonde, every time
🔘 This formula is also nutrient-rich and sulfate-free to provide gentle cleansing
🔘 Silicone, sulfate, mineral oil, talcum, gluten, sodium lauryl sulfate, phthalate and paraben-free
🔘 Recyclable, plant-based, cruelty-free, not tested on animals
My verdict?
If the performance of this duo had just been OK, I would have still recommended them because they’re made of 100% recyclable aluminum! Thankfully, I don’t have to put an asterisk on my review because these performed better than just OK! While they aren’t the most powerful brass-reducing products I’ve ever tried, they still do a good job of neutralizing the yellow tones in my hair, while making it, as they claim, shiny and soft! I will definitely be purchasing these with my own money in the future!
