First Impression Friday – @FreshBeauty Kombucha Cleansing Treatment

January 22, 2021

#freshbeautygiftedme their @freshbeauty Kombucha Cleansing Treatment ($44 for 6.7 ounces at @sephora – and, as a huge fan of the brand and, more specifically, their Kombucha Facial Treatment Essence (, I couldn’t wait to test this out!

What it claims:

🔘 This no-rinse cleansing treatment visibly sweeps away impurities, makeup, sunscreen, and pollution

🔘 It feeds skin’s microbiota with prebiotic inulin, leaving it better able to defend against aggressors that can cause dullness and dehydration

🔘 Powered by antioxidant kombucha, it visibly improves clarity and refines pores

My @freshbeauty routine (in order of use):

1️⃣. Cleansing Treatment –

2️⃣. Facial Treatment Essence – (one of my favorite @freshbeauty products)

3️⃣. Eye Cream – (review coming soon)

4️⃣. Daily Moisturizer – (when my skin needs less hydration)

5️⃣. Deep Hydration Moisturizer – (when my skin needs more hydration)

6️⃣. Night Moisturizer –

7️⃣. Lip Balm –

My verdict?

I have used this a few different ways – as a full face makeup remover, as a face makeup only remover and as a second cleanse. While it’s a really great makeup remover, it did irritate my eyes slightly, so I won’t be using it as my primary makeup remover. What I do love it for is as a second cleanse. It ensures every little bit of my makeup was removed by my primary makeup remover and leaves my skin feeling super clean, yet still hydrated!
