Swatch Saturday – @ZoyaNailPolish manicure w/ Tommy and Trixie

January 16, 2021

As I continue to explore the most simple nail art options that exist, I envisioned pairing these shades together and wanted to get some more use out of my dotting tools ( so I came up with this! I highly recommend, if you are also bored with your traditional one-color manicure, that you look into dotting tools!

What’s on my nails:

🔘 Base coat: @orly Bonder ($10 for .6 ounces –

⚫️ Grips nail lacquer to the nail surface for lasting adhesion

🔘 Blue: @zoyanailpolish Tommy ($10 for .5 ounces –

⚫️ A blue toned slate grey cream

🔘 Silver: @zoyanailpolish Trixie ($10 for .5 ounces –

⚫️ A stunning light silver with a sparkling metallic foil finish

🔘 Top coat: @sechenails Dry Fast Top Coat ($9.95 for .5 ounces –

⚫️ When you apply it to your nail color it penetrates all the way down to the nail bed to create a bond so strong that you can truly forget about your nail color chipping or peeling

My verdict?

I am obsessed with how they turned out! My only regret is not taking a photo on the first day because they looked flawless! The photo you see is of the manicure on day six (6) and, as you can tell, the lasting power was pretty dang impressive! I have been really enjoying the @zoyanailpolish formula lately and the collections they’ve been releasing are spectacular! I highly recommend signing up for their emails so that you’re notified when they have a sale because their sales can be pretty epic!
