There’s no denying my recent obsession with cream blushes, so when I heard nothing but excellent reviews for the @tower28beauty BeachPlease Tinted Lip + Cheek Balm ($20 for .158 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+YYo62Gy6P1Q-L0eh7uVDSA), it didn’t take me long to add it to my cart!
What it claims:
🔘 A multitasking tinted balm for ultra-glowing lips and cheeks—minus the cakiness and harsh lines
🔘 Delivers buildable color in a luminous, second-skin finish
🔘 This silicone-free formula is made with skin-loving, plant-based ingredients like green tea extract and aloe vera extract to give skin support with every application
🔘 This product is vegan, cruelty-free, and gluten-free
🔘 Clean at Sephora is formulated without a list of over 50 ingredients, including sulfates (SLS and SLES), parabens, phthalates and more
My experience:
🔘 I purchased the shade Magic Hour and it’s described as a “sun-kissed rosy nude.”
👍🏻 In the first photo, I had been wearing this for ten (10) hours.
👍🏻 I love the shade! It is a perfect everyday shade that will go with any eye look.
🔘 I haven’t tried yet, but a lot of reviewers state it works well on bare skin, so if you don’t wear foundation, this product would still work well with your routine.
👍🏻 It is the ideal consistency, in my opinion, for a product like this. Creamy enough to blend seamlessly with your other products, but stable enough to last all day.
My verdict?
This is such a fantastic formula! It blends out like a dream, the shade I purchased is stunning and it’s long-lasting! Some cream blushes can feel greasy, but not this one. If you are new to cream blushes, this would be a wonderful formula to start with. If you’re a cream blush aficionado, it won’t take you long to see why so many people love this one!
