As I continue my journey to becoming a healthier version of myself (even though there have been some bumps along the way ever since quarantine), I am always on the lookout for better food options! So, when I discovered @cherylsnutbutters on Instagram, I knew I needed to try her extensive collection of nut butters! Thank you so much to Cheryl for hand-delivering all of these for me to test out!

“Hi, I’m Cheryl. Here’s the story of my accidental business. In May of 2012 I decided to make some peanut butter. The only ingredient was roasted salted peanuts. I was amazed how good it was! Within minutes I said to myself that I should try to sell them. I started out at a couple small Farmers Markets. I had 3 flavors, plain Peanut, Almond and Cashew. Everyone loved them! Since Chunky Peanut is my favorite, I made that next. Then came Peanut Butter with Dried Apples, Honey and Cinnamon. It was a huge hit! Chocolate Peanut Butter (no soy or dairy) was next. Another hit!
Fast forward to 2020. My staff of 3…me, myself and I make them in Minnetonka, MN in a commercial kitchen. I handcraft 24 varieties of Peanut, Almond, Pistachio, Cashew and Sunflower. They are made in small batches with minimal ingredients. I fill, seal and label every jar by hand. They are FRESH, HEALTHY and TASTE AMAZING! My Nut Butters are loved by young and old, from coast to coast. One spoonful and you’ll be hooked!!!”

My verdict?
I am absolutely obsessed with the Plain Ol’ Creamy Peanut Butter! I also had never tried Almond Butter before, but thoroughly enjoy her version! I greatly appreciate her simple ingredient list and attention to detail when it comes to packaging! I can’t wait to try all of the other flavors!
