I want it all – hair with tons of volume, but that’s also shiny and radiates health! So, I purchased the @bumbleandbumble Bb.Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil ($40 for 3.4 ounces – https://rstyle.me/+D-Zq_a_IHUc7I92gS_pu0A) partly because of a gift with purchase offer, but mostly because I wanted to see if the nearly 250 people that gave this five (5) stars on the @ultabeauty website were onto something!
What it claims:
🔘 This clear, lightweight blend of six oils absorbs quickly into hair to help soften, silken, tame, defrizz, detangle and protect against breakage and UV damage
🔘 Dry, dull hair gets a sublime transformation
🔘 A cruelty-free brand
🔘 All products are free from parabens, phthalates, mineral oils and formaldehyde
My experience:
🔘 I have used this many times and on both damp and dry hair.
👍🏻👎🏻 Using this on damp hair, I don’t notice much of a difference. However, I believe that’s likely because it’s not when I struggle most with lackluster hair. Normally, even without any product similar to this, when I blowdry, I achieve a frizz-free, shiny look.
👍🏻 Using this on dry hair is where it shines (pun intended) for me. I wash my hair, on average, once per week and I desperately need this at the middle and end of that week when the build-up of dry shampoo has really started to do a number on my ends.
👍🏻 A little goes a long way and that’s a must because it’s a tad pricey.
My verdict?
If you have been in the market for a product like this, I would expect you to be very satisfied with its performance if you decide to pick it up! It smells great, hydrates my hair and is long-lasting. However, there is a product I like just as much that’s slightly less per ounce (https://rstyle.me/+RpiL2OWY7coWEP_ijf5m7Q), so I would likely recommend that first.
