Several weeks ago, I posted about purchasing a @saaltco Soft Menstrual Cup ($28.99 – https://amzn.to/32rIsCH) because of a @rawbeautykristi video I had watched. I took a poll on my Story and asked if you would want to see a dedicated review on it and the majority of you said yes, so here it is! I won’t get too graphic, but if the idea of something like this makes you squeamish, stop reading now.
What it claims:
🔘 The @saaltco Soft is made with an ultra-soft silicone formula designed to be both gentle and super comfortable for those with bladder sensitivity, cramping or discomfort with firmer cups
🔘 12 hours of protection day & night
🔘 Beautiful natural grey helps conceal staining
🔘 Premier soft cup made from 100% medical-grade silicone
🔘 Chemical & toxin free
🔘 Better for your body & the environment
🔘 3 to 4 tampon capacity
My experience:
🔘 I made this purchase because I wanted to save money and stop throwing so much unneeded waste into the environment.
🔘 I purchased this in November and didn’t test it out until January because it was a bit intimidating to me.
👍🏻👎🏻 I have worn it for nearly two (2) full cycles now and I think I am finally getting the hang of putting it in. Be aware, if you do purchase this, there is a learning curve to inserting it. There are a myriad of videos on it, so I would suggest watching a couple of those.
👍🏻 I cannot feel it when it’s in place.
👍🏻 I have experience zero leaks.
My verdict?
I am a total believer in menstrual cups now! I’m saving time, money, space in my purse and the environment. How could you say no to all of those things?!
FYI, I receive a small commission when you shop via the link listed above. There is no additional cost to you.
