What we ordered:
🔘 Appetizer: Tuna Tartar – Alex said this was “phenomenal” and I would have to agree!
🔘 My food: Grilled Bourbon Glazed Salmon – Maybe the best salmon I’ve ever had and the Parmesan grits were incredible!
🔘 Alex’s food: Crispy All-Natural Chicken – Since both of us were members of the Clean Plate Club, I would say he enjoyed it thoroughly!
🔘 My drink: The Grand Marais – Strong, but very flavorful! I would absolutely order it again.
🔘 Alex’s drinks: The Botanical and Espresso Martini – Totally different flavors, but both were super good! I highly recommend both.
🔘 Dessert: Oat Crisp Chocolate Pudding – Very rich, but very good!
The new food menu was designed by Chef Peter Botcher and the creative craft cocktail menu came from their lead bartender, Alex McGregor. Both impressed us immensely and we had a reall tough time deciding what to order because it all looked so good!
