I really want to self-tan, but the look of a poorly applied tan has frozen me in fear to the point of never going all in and bronzing up my entire body in the most healthy way possible. One of the major reasons I’m nervous to try is the prep work. I hear so much about not using a body scrub pre-application that contains oil. However, everything I had ever seen had oil! My experience:
👍🏻 The size and shape of this are perfect. It’s easy to manipulate and can reach every part of your body that you want exfoliated.
👍🏻 The handles make it easy to hang up in the shower to dry after use.
👍🏻 It does have a pretty legit grit to it. However, you can press as firmly or as lightly as you’d like to get the amount of exfoliation you desire.
👍🏻 My skin felt super soft afterward!
👍🏻 I love that this is reusable. I have been trying to be more aware of my consumption of things, so it’s nice to be able to have something that will last much longer than any body scrub.
My verdict?
Well, looks like I have solved the problem of skin prep when it comes to the self-tanning process! This Exfoliating Body Towel exfoliates extremely well, will last a long time and is super affordable! I absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants their skin to be baby soft!
