First Impression Friday – @fentybeauty Gloss Bonn in Fenty Glow

As a lip gloss hoarder, it only seemed fitting that I pick up one of the most hyped-up lip glosses of all time for review – the @fentybeauty Gloss Bomb in Fenty Glow ($18 for .3 ounces at @sephora – https://shopstyle.it/l/61Fn)!
What it claims:

My experience:
👍🏻 The packaging is stunning.
👍🏻 I thoroughly enjoy that you get quite a substantial amount of product. Looking at other glosses I own, .15 – .2 ounces is much more common than .3. So, with that in mind, it’s actually much more affordable than it may seem initially.
👍🏻 The scent really is fantastic.
👍🏻 I love the color and the amount of sparkle. It’s a perfect amount of tint, while still being sheer enough to apply without a mirror.
👍🏻 The applicator, even though large, is easy to use and holds a ton of product.
👍🏻 It’s very comfortable on the lips – not sticky at all.
👍🏻👎🏻 It’s shiny, but I wouldn’t say “super shiny.”
My verdict?
While this is a very nice gloss, I am not sure I fully understand the hype. I am glad I tried it and will likely even repurchase it because of the value, I likely wouldn’t shout from the rooftops about how much I love this gloss.
