Skincare Sunday – @elizavecca Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask

June 16, 2019

After using the @elizavecca.official Carbonated Bubble Clay Mask ($10.98 on @amazon – click here to order: https://shopstyle.it/l/4Ep7) only once, I could have easily put it in a Friday Favorite post because I was that impressed with the results!
What it claims:
๐Ÿ”˜ This cult favorite mask will have you looking silly while wearing it but amazing after
๐Ÿ”˜ The carbonation in the mask causes a selfie-worthy fluffy cloud appearance
๐Ÿ”˜ It contains white clay, green tea extracts and charcoal to prevent sebum production
๐Ÿ”˜ Carbonated bubble clay maskโ€™s mud and charcoal have adsorptive power to clean up the skin wastes, carbonic acid and mud resolve pore cleansing in one stop
๐Ÿ”˜ Removes blackheads
My experience:
๐Ÿ”˜ Photo 4 is a few minutes after application.
๐Ÿ”˜ Photo 5 is after all bubbles had formed and I had massaged them into my skin – per the instructions.
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป Itโ€™s nice that an application spatula is included (photo 3), but since itโ€™s so small, it takes a while to apply.
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿป Like most bubble masks, it tickles a bit as itโ€™s working. That doesnโ€™t bother me, but I have heard others make mention of it being a little uncomfortable.
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป A little bit goes a long way, so itโ€™s nice to know Iโ€™ll get many uses out of this jar.
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป I like how quickly it works. From start to finish, it was a ten (10) minute process for me.
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Honestly, I donโ€™t ever expect much from the first time using a face mask. However, as soon as I rinsed this off and looked at and felt my skin, I was shocked at how clear and smooth it was!
My verdict?
In my opinion, the hype surrounding this mask is definitely well deserved because, after only one use, Iโ€™m so surprised by the texture of my skin! Even better, I used this yesterday and my skin stills feels fantastic this morning.
Have you had the pleasure of trying this mask? If you have, what was your experience?
