Friday Favorite – @sdjbeauty Glowmotions Rio Sunset Glow Oil

Although I love good body highlight all year round, my desire for having glitter on every inch of my body grows exponentially during the summer. So, when @soldejaneiro came out with their Glowmotions liquid highlighter line ($35 for 2.5 ounces at @sephora – click this link to go directly to the product listing on their website: https://shopstyle.it/l/4zvP) and the shade I wanted had the same scent as their Bum Bum Cream, I waited patiently for the VIB Sale and then instantly added it to my cart as soon as my 20% off was live!
What it claims:

My experience:
👍🏻 The scent is identical to that of the Bum Bum Cream (which I absolutely love) and it does last on the skin for quite a while (which I also absolutely love).
👍🏻 I wasn’t wowed by the amount of sparkle when I swatched in-store, but was very much wowed as soon as I got outside and looked at my arm (where I had swatched it). It was stunning! It’s so evenly and blindingly glowy!
👍🏻 The transfer is extremely minimal – the least amount I’ve experienced in a liquid body highlighter.
👍🏻 I mixed it in with my foundation and it gave me beautiful all over face shimmer with a bronzy undertone.
👍🏻 If you apply it very sparingly to your face, it won’t remove the foundation underneath.
My verdict?
I am obsessed! I would have been very pleased with my purchase even if it just had the glow it does. I also would have been very pleased with my purchase even if it just had the scent it does. But lucky me, it has both! Now I am considering getting the other two (2) shades that look as though they would work on my skin tone (there are five (5) options total)!
