When I went to purchase yet another color in my favorite @chanel.beauty liquid lipstick, I was gifted a sample of their Le Volume de Chanel in 10 Noir ($32 at @macys). Mascara is near the top of my beauty must-haves, so I couldn’t wait to test it out!
What it claims:
🔘 High-precision mascara achieves instant volume and intensely lush colour in a single stroke
🔘 Innovative formula expands, plumping lashes to their fullest
🔘 Exclusive new ‘Snowflakes’ brush combines long and short bristles to deliver an extreme, eye-opening effect
My experience:
👍🏻 As you can tell from the second photo, this mascara packs a punch! I was able to get this result with two (2) coats.
👍🏻 I experienced no clumping.
👍🏻 I have worn it on several occasions and never experienced flaking at any point throughout the day.
👍🏻 My lashes remained lengthened, voluminous and curled for over twelve (12) hours.
My verdict?
This is a wonderful mascara! The only reason I have yet to purchase a full-size is because it’s a tad pricey and I have many others I am trying to use up. I think, however, because it’s just so good, that once I have gone through a couple others, I may take the plunge and purchase this.
