When @nikirobisonbrows gifted me this @tuelskincare Travel Pack ($56 on their website), I couldnโt wait to test everything out during my trip to Cincinnati!
What it claims:
๐ Controls and balances excess oil
๐ Refines the appearance of enlarged pores and uneven texture
๐ Strengthens and fortifies combo skin
What it contains:
It appears the packaging has been updated since this one was purchased, but the contents are nearly identical. Below is what is included in the set I received:
๐ Balancing Act Milk Cleanser
๐ Hydrate Moisture Gel
๐ Balancing Act Cleansing Oil
๐ Balancing Act Herbal Toner
๐ Special Delivery Night Cream
๐ Power Scrub Exfoliating Wash
My experience:
๐๐ป I enjoy the sleek packaging – it fits very well in my travel kit.
๐๐ป The provided step-by-step guide is easy to understand.
๐๐ป The fact that you get four (4) travel-sized products and two (2) sample sized products for $56 is hard for me to wrap my head around.
๐๐ป๐๐ป While the products were nice, the only one I found to be something Iโd consider purchasing the full size of is the Power Scrub ($34 for 1.7 ounces on their website).
๐๐ป The Cleansing Oil didnโt remove all of my makeup.
๐๐ป๐๐ป They state one of the benefits of this set is that the bottles are refillable, but I donโt consider that unique or a reason to spend that much on travel-sized products.
My experience:
While I will use these containers up and may even refill them with my current skincare favorites, I canโt recommend this set. Itโs far too expensive for the amount of product you get. If you are looking for refillable, travel-friendly containers, I would suggest a trip to @thecontainerstore.
